James Harvis, age 92 of the China Grove community, died recently. The funeral service is Friday, August 14 at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Grove C.M.E. church with George F. Grubbs Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in New Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from noon to 5:30 p.m.
